Black Friday and Cyber Monday are usually two of the biggest holiday shopping days of the year — but this year everything is different. Most deals are already out there, and people are gobbling them up. Here are a few standouts, plus advice on what to buy now versus what to hold off on for a few more weeks.

It’s hard to find the variety — and deals — that can come close to a wholesale retailer — like BJ’s Wholesale Club — and that’s where we found some really great deals this year on gadgets galore. Examples? I saved $30 on this Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 Indoor grill with an air fryer, scored $20 off on this Garmin Vivosmart4 Bundle, and picked up this Simply Smart digital photo frame for more than $40 dollars less than I’ve seen advertised at other retailers. They also have some pretty convenient shopping options including ship-to-home, in-store shopping, same-day delivery, in-store and curbside pickup. If you spend more than $100 at BJ’s — you can finance holiday purchases with its buy now, pay later payment option.
