Comfy shoes? Check. Vitamins and hand sanitizer? Check. Battery chargers? Check. Every last shred of patience? Check.

I guess I’m as ready as I’ll ever be for another round of CES, the world’s largest consumer electronics show. I think this is my tenth year but it might be my eleventh. I’m not sure. They kind of all blur together after awhile. Still, I’m excited to see what’s in store for the world of tech and gadgets.

I’m excited about all the robots at CES this year, and to see what new crazy gadgets Alexa and other AI assistants will be in. There’s always a handful of insane, odd, and insanely awesome gadgets to see – and I’ll be on the hunt for those well. (Like – the Belty – that told you when you’ve eaten too much, or the gadget that knows when you’ve had too much to drink. The vacuum shoes I stumbled on last year were awesome. What else… Oh, the Origami folding stroller was a big hit a few years ago, as was Intel’s wearable baby monitor…)

This year, I’ll be covering some of the biggest tech changes to our cars coming this year, robots,  life-saving health and fitness tech, beauty gadgets,  new technology to expect in your homes, new tech you’ll wear – just not on your wrist, and a handful of the wackiest, omg-awesome things I stumble upon too.

If you have a tip for me – submit it in the contact form on the site, text, or email me right away. PR Folks: I’m not doing booth tours or going to any press conferences – and likely won’t have time for background meetings. (Ain’t nobody got time for that.)

Here’s a look at what to expect this year from my compadres at USA Today – featuring yours-truly HERE.

And here are some of the photos from CES’s in year’s past:
